Jennifer O’Neill, 42, is claiming she worked 7,168 hours of unpaid overtime while being employed by the star for 13 months and is demanding £240,000, plus damages. She claims she was at Gaga’s ‘beck and call’, responsible for her ‘grunt work’ as the singer’s career took off in 2010.

O’Neill, who was paid £1,000 a week, said she often had to share a bed with the star who hated sleeping alone, had to rub the corns on her feet and was woken up because the star could not be bothered to get up to change a DVD. Go below for more:



1) 'You don't punch in and punch out'

If she needs to get dressed, if she needs to get up, then I need to work and make sure that she has clothes on, make-up on, hair on, has drunk some water, taken her medication and had something to eat, which is every day of her life during that time.

This job is a 9-to-5 job that is spaced out throughout the day. You don't get a schedule. You don't get a schedule that is like you punch in and you can play ******* Tetris at your desk for four hours and then you punch out at the end of the day. This is: When I need you, you're available.
I remember clearly calling Jennifer at three in the morning, miserably ill one night and I needed her so bad to help me. We were in the middle of London and I was like ‘I’m hanging over the toilet vomiting, please help me, I've got a headache, I'm shaking’, and, yes, I woke her up in the middle of the night, because I can’t get anyone to come help me. I wouldn't know how to call a doctor. I needed somebody to help me. If I am sick and need someone to arrange a doctor or put a cold compress on my head, I view that as work, sure.

2) 'I'm wonderful to all who work for me'

I was by her side virtually 24 hours a day, seven days a week. That includes sleeping in the same bed with her because she did not sleep alone.
Unlike anybody else on that [Monster Ball] tour, I did not have my own hotel room. I was not asked if I wanted my own hotel room. I had no privacy, no chance to talk to any family, no chance to talk to any friends, no chance to have sex if I wanted to have sex. There was no chance to do anything.

Because she slept in Egyptian cotton sheets every night, in five-star hotels, on private planes, eating caviar, partying with Terry Richardson all night, wearing my clothes, asking YSL [Yves Saint Laurent] to send her free shoes without my permission, using my YSL discount without my permission.

3) 'I'm the Queen of the Universe'

I’m not [the one] standing next to [someone] holding tea, waiting for them to take a sip, that is not what I do. And she deserves every one of her $75,000 that we agreed to. But she does not deserve a penny more.

4) 'Life was very stressful for me'

Or if she needed new eyeglasses. I would have to go to get the eyeglasses picked up, if she needed to go to the doctor, I would take her to the doctor. If she needed medication, I would go get the medication. If she wanted to go to dinner and wanted me to come with her, I would go with her to that. If she wanted to go to a club and wanted me to go with her, I would go with her. If she wanted to see a movie, I would go with her, if this is what she requested.

She would only open a couple of my bags [after getting back from a trip] , and it was very stressful for me because then again on my off days I couldn't really have a day off because, you know, I weigh 115 lb, and I was trying to move these huge big luggages all by myself in the room . . . really it just would stress out quite a bit, because I would want more than anything to just relax and do nothing and there would be ******* s**t everywhere and I didn't know where to find it and she was nowhere to be found.

5) 'She didn't let me enjoy my days off'

She didn't like her sheets, she didn't like the way the tour bus was decorated. So she wanted the tour bus to be redecorated. So during that time I would go to Bed, Bath And Beyond and buy new bedding, or go to Apple and buy some Apple TV, or go to Bose and buy stereo speakers, or go to places, things that I think might make her happy, like Barnes and Noble.

I'm not going to lie and tell you that she didn't ever lift a finger on a day off, she did. The problem is that she didn't set me up so that I could have my day off. So when I was in my room on days off, I very often couldn't find any of my toiletries, I couldn't find my clothes, I didn't even know what room they were in . . . I've got to get a whole bunch of people together to help me fix the problem, which wouldn't happen if she was doing her job properly on regular days.

World's Oldest Man, Salustiano Sanchez, Dies at 112

Salustiano "Shorty" Sanchez, recognised by Guinness World Records as the world's oldest man, died on Friday at a nursing home in Grand Island, New York, the MJ Colucci & Son Funeral Chapels said on its website.

Guinness said in June that Sanchez, who also had been a construction worker, was the oldest man following the death of 116-year-old Jiroemon Kimura of Japan.

Sanchez credited his longevity to eating one banana per day and taking Anacin daily, according to a recent Guinness online profile. He told Guinness that living so long was not a special accomplishment.

Sanchez was born in El Tejado de Bejar, Spain, in 1901 and worked as a sugarcane field worker in Cuba before emigrating to the United States, where he found work in Kentucky coal mines.

Sanchez was known for his musical talents as a boy, playing a dulzaina, a Spanish double reed instrument related to the oboe, Guinness said. He went to school until age 10.

Sanchez moved to the Niagara Falls area of New York state in the early 1930s and became a construction worker. He worked for Union Carbide Co for more than 30 years before retiring.

He married his wife, Pearl, in 1934. Sanchez had 2 children, 7 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren, according to Guinness.

With his death, the world's oldest man is Arturo Licata of Italy at 111. The oldest woman is Misao Okawa of Japan at 115, according to the Gerontology Research Group, which tracks people 110 and older and validates ages for Guinness.

The greatest authenticated age for any human is 122 years, 164 days by Jeanne Louise Calment of France.

Anglican Reverend, Ignatius Kattey Released By Kidnappers

The Archbishop of the Ecclesiastical Province of the Niger Delta, (Anglican Communion), Most Reverend Ignatius Kattey, was finally released by his captors on Saturday night.

Sources said Archbishop Kattey walked home alone after he regained his freedom from the unknown gunmen who abducted him last week Friday.

Kattey and his wife, Beatrice, were abducted on the night of Friday September 6, at Aleto in Eleme Local Government Area of Rivers State on his way to Port Harcourt at about 10:30pm.


While his wife was later abandoned, Kattey, second in hierarchy to the Primate of the Anglican Church Nigeria, was taken to an unknown destination. It is not known if any ransome was paid for his release.

Floyd Mayweather Still The Best- Beats Canelo Alvarez

Floyd Mayweather 36, on Saturday secured a one-sided victory over Canelo Alvarez 23, in the WBA-WBC super welterweight title fight at the MGM Grand Garden.

Mayweather was far too fast, he punched far too accurately and he was far too difficult for Alvarez to hit.

The judges gave Mayweather an easy-to-score majority decision- improving his record to 45-0. Judge C.J. Ross, who scored Manny Pacquiao's 2012 fight for Timothy Bradley, blew this one badly too, calling it a draw, 114-114. But the other judges had it 117-111 and 116-112 for Mayweather, who was rarely hit.


The top pound-for-pound fighter in the world was in magnificent form. His hands, which often trouble him in fights, held up well. He cracked Alvarez with every shot in the arsenal, landing hooks, jabs, uppercuts, crosses and anything else a man with a glove on his hands can throw.

The difference in speed and quickness between them was vast, and Alvarez never was able to figure a way to close the distance. Alvarez plodded forward and ate a series of hard jabs from Mayweather.

There were several times that Mayweather landed combinations and he appeared to have Alvarez, who lost for the first time after starting his career 42-0-1, in big trouble. But the only good thing Alvarez was able to do was to remain upright the entire night.

Mayweather frustrated Alvarez with his speed and defense and was able to spin off the ropes the few times Alvarez cornered him.

The Mexican star clearly wasn't experienced enough or smart enough to prove effective against Mayweather, who earned a record guarantee of $41.5 million.

Former governor of Ondo State Dr. Olusegun Agagu is dead according to Sahara news report. He was born February 16, 1948 (Age 65). He was Governor of Ondo State in Nigeria from 29 May 2003 until February 2009, when a court voided his re-election as governor on account of electoral irregularities. RIP.

The former governor reportedly died at his Ibadan residence in Oyo State around 6 pm Nigerian time on 13th September, some 24 hours after returning from vacation in the US.

Director of Publicity of the Peoples Democratic Party in Ondo State, Ayo Fadaka confirmed Dr. Agagu's death.

He said the former governor had been in good health checking up on party operatives since returning from vacation yesterday. He said party members were shocked to learn that the former governor and minister slumped and died this afternoon.

As a cheering crowd of fighters look on, an executioner - believed to belong to the Al Qaeda-linked faction ISIS - lines up his sword in a practice run before delivering the final blow.

The sword rests briefly on his neck as a blindfolded man kneels under a clear blue sky. Moments later, the executioner raises his right arm, slashes downwards and the prisoner is dead. The whole barbaric episode is watched by a crowd of jeering men, many of them armed. And sitting on a low wall only a few feet from where the wretched captive died so violently is a line of young boys.

The USA will be wise not to take sides in this gruesome war. Already Russia supports Assad; Obama and John Kerry are committed to assisting the rebels. Another great American mistake.   

The public execution was the last of four that took place on August 31 in the town of Keferghan in the north of the country.

4 Indian Rapists Sentenced to Death

The judge hearing the case of 4 men convicted for fatally gang raping a 23-year-old student on a bus in New Delhi, India last December sentenced them to death on Friday. I hope this will deter other likely offenders.

Judge Yogesh Khanna said the case fell into the “rarest of rare category”, which justified capital punishment.

“In these times when crimes against women are on the rise, court cannot turn a blind eye to this gruesome act,” he said.

All the 4 suspects were teary eyed as they entered the cramped room dressed more smartly than on Tuesday when they were convicted of a string of charges including murder and gang rape.

One of the men, Vinay Sharma, broke down in tears and cried loudly as the sentence was announced.

As the news broke, crowds inside the building and outside the courtroom roared with cheers and applauded the judgement.

The prosecution team congratulated each other, with lead lawyer Dayan Krishnan saying: “We did our job. We are happy with this sentence.”

The father of the victim, who cannot be named for legal reasons, said the family was also satisfied as he left with his wife and sons.

“We are very happy. Justice has been delivered,” he told reporters inside court flanked by his wife and sons.

Pet Dog Killed By 10 Feet Python (Photos)

A Siberian husky, reputed to be a powerful dog, lies helplessly in the death grip of a 38-pound python after the serpent slithered into a Florida family's backyard and coiled around its neck. This is a snake you don't want to mess with.

The dog's owners called emergency services just after 10pm when they saw the 10-foot African rock python coiled around their 60-pound pet's neck on August 30. But within 5 minutes, he was dead.

The news comes after a rock python that had escaped from a Canadian pet store killed 2 sleeping boys, Noah and Connor Barthes, last month. 

  

It is not known when the python slid into the family's backyard, in an area where a colony of snakes had been breeding.

The homeowner, who refused to give her name, said her son tried to kill the snake.

'He tried to take it [the snake] away from his [Duke's] neck with his hands, his bare hands,' she said.
'It was so strong, he couldn't do it. He ran out inside, he got gardening scissors. He tried to cut it off. It didn't work.'
The woman said she had never seen anything like it in 10 years of living in the area near the Everglades.

'Be careful, especially with young kids, because something that big can kill a kid,' she said.

'It's important to note that rock pythons don’t generally attack humans unless they’re provoked, but you should supervise children and keep an eye on small pets.'
