We bring you pictures from the 19th Annual Convention of the World Igbo Congress which took place between 29th August and 1st September 2013 in Dallas, Texas, USA. The World Igbo Congress was initiated 19 years ago to correct the victimization and marginalisation of Ndigbo in Nigeria.
