Mr Chidi Lloyd- the Rivers legislator who was recorded on a TVC video footage wielding the Mace with 'Jet Li dexterity' in a cruel attack on a fellow legislator (Mr. Michael Chinda)- was declared wanted by the police on Wednesday.
The lawmaker, representing Emohua State Constituency, was caught in a video footage hitting a member of the House of Assembly, Mr. Michael Chinda, several times with a mace during the fracas in the Assembly.
